My Fiance and I have been on the search for a multi family home. Not just any home, for us that meant a home that met all of our “must have” requirements one where we can start our own family and most importantly where we would be able to generate some equity to be able to keep the home. And, each person truly had something great to offer however everytime we ran across a home that we were interested in – it never truly worked out due to the type of loans we were willing to move forward with, paper work and just plain relestate politics. Of course after we overcame one road block there was always another following closeley behind (there were tons!) from the offer to our loan to the insurance to teanats who were already in the home to finaces etc. it was a lot!! Lets fast forward forward again to 4 months later from the first week in August to the first week in December. My fiance and I finally found our selves at the attoney’s office for the closing! FOUR MONTHS LATER! Declan choose to stick it out with us, fight for us, referred different individuals to us who were able to educate us on a lot of things that we were not aware of as first time home buyers. With all of Declan’s knowledge, experience and connections we knew we made the absolutley right decision and not once during this process did we ever have to second guess our decision to work with Declan.
