Declan O’Toole made his mark as a local residential and commercial real estate broker through his relentlessness in finding opportunities overlooked by others to get his customers what they want. With two decades of brokerage/ownership and property management principal under his belt, he offers encyclopedic knowledge of the properties landscape in the greater Boston area and virtually all forms of real estate transactions.

Declan is a member of the Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He’s also a passionate booster of Boston’s Irish community, co-founding the Irish Networking Society, serving on the Board of Trustees of the New England chapter of the Irish Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Irish Cultural Centre and the Boston Irish Business Association.

Prior to co-founding Brick Realty, Tom served as Vice President at a leading Boston brokerage. Since 2015, he has consistently been listed as one of the top 5 agents in Boston in terms of gross dollar amount leased according to MLS (Multiple Listing Service). His analytical view from his finance background gives him the edge to work deals creatively in order to create a win-win scenario for all parties involved.

Tom obtained his real estate license and worked part-time learning the ins and outs of the Boston real estate market while still studying at his University. He graduated summa cum laude in 2011 from Suffolk University, where he also served as President of the Future Investors in Real Estate club and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest recognition in international business honor societies. Due to his achievements, Tom was awarded Transfer Student of the Year by his fellow classmates.
